Welke gegevens we verzamelen
What data we collect
Alleen wanneer je zelf het contactformulier invult, verzamelen we: je naam, je e-mailadres, je bericht, en de keuzes die je maakt in het formulier (gewenste dienst, indicatief budget, gewenste timeline). We verzamelen geen gegevens via cookies, tracking-pixels of analytics — die gebruiken we niet.
Only when you fill in the contact form ourselves, we collect: your name, your email address, your message, and the choices you make in the form (desired service, ballpark budget, desired timeline). We don't collect data through cookies, tracking pixels or analytics — we don't use any.
Waarom we deze gegevens verwerken
Why we process this data
Uitsluitend om te reageren op je aanvraag en, als daar een project uit volgt, om die samenwerking uit te voeren. De rechtsgrondslag is je eigen toestemming (je stuurt het formulier zelf actief in) en ons gerechtvaardigd belang om op zakelijke aanvragen te reageren.
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if that leads to a project, to carry out that work. The legal basis is your own consent (you actively submit the form yourself) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Met wie we gegevens delen
Who we share data with
Het contactformulier wordt verwerkt door Formspree, Inc. (gevestigd in de Verenigde Staten), die als verwerker optreedt en het bericht rechtstreeks doorstuurt naar ons e-mailadres. We delen je gegevens met niemand anders, en gebruiken ze nooit voor marketing of om aan derden te verkopen.
The contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc. (based in the United States), which acts as a processor and forwards the message directly to our email address. We don't share your data with anyone else, and never use it for marketing or sell it to third parties.
Hoe lang we gegevens bewaren
How long we keep data
Berichten via het contactformulier bewaren we zolang dat nodig is om je aanvraag af te handelen, en daarna maximaal 2 jaar (bijvoorbeeld voor vervolgcontact), tenzij er een lopende samenwerking of wettelijke bewaarplicht is (zoals de fiscale bewaarplicht van 7 jaar voor factuurgegevens).
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and afterwards for a maximum of 2 years (for example for follow-up contact), unless there's an ongoing collaboration or a legal retention obligation (such as the 7-year Dutch tax retention duty for invoice data).

Deze site plaatst geen tracking- of marketingcookies. We slaan twee kleine voorkeuren lokaal in je browser op (via localStorage, geen cookie): je taalkeuze (NL/EN) en je voorkeur voor licht of donker thema. Deze blijven alleen op jouw apparaat, worden nooit naar ons verstuurd, en zijn strikt functioneel — hiervoor is geen toestemming vereist.
This site doesn't place tracking or marketing cookies.
