Het contactformulierThe contact form

Alleen als je zelf het contactformulier invult, ontvang ik je naam, je e-mailadres, je bericht en de keuzes die je in het formulier maakt: wat je nodig hebt, een pakket of budget en wanneer je wilt starten. Vul je ze in, dan ook je bedrijfsnaam, je huidige website, hoe je mij gevonden hebt en de bestanden die je meestuurt.

Only when you fill in the contact form yourself do I receive your name, your e-mail address, your message and the choices you make in the form: what you need, a package or budget and when you'd like to start. If you fill them in, also your company name, your current website, how you found me and the files you attach.

Die gegevens gebruik ik alleen om op je aanvraag te reageren en, als we gaan samenwerken, om het project uit te voeren. De grondslag is je eigen toestemming (je verstuurt het formulier zelf) en mijn gerechtvaardigd belang om op zakelijke aanvragen te reageren.

I only use that data to reply to your request and, if we end up working together, to carry out the project. The legal basis is your own consent (you send the form yourself) and my legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

BezoekersstatistiekenVisitor statistics

Om te zien hoe de site gebruikt wordt, gebruik ik Vercel Web Analytics. Dat werkt zonder cookies. Per bezochte pagina wordt anoniem bijgehouden welke pagina het is, via welke site je binnenkwam, je land of regio en het soort apparaat, besturingssysteem en browser.

To see how the site is used, I use Vercel Web Analytics. It works without cookies. For each page visited, it anonymously records which page it is, which site you came from, your country or region and the type of device, operating system and browser.

Om bezoekers niet dubbel te tellen, maakt Vercel een tijdelijke code op basis van je verzoek. Die code wordt na 24 uur automatisch weggegooid en je bezoek wordt niet aan je IP-adres of aan jou als persoon gekoppeld. Ik zie alleen totalen, zoals het aantal bezoekers per pagina. De grondslag is mijn gerechtvaardigd belang om de site te verbeteren.

To avoid counting visitors twice, Vercel creates a temporary code based on your request. That code is discarded automatically after 24 hours, and your visit is not linked to your IP address or to you as a person. I only see totals, such as the number of visitors per page. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in improving the site.

Met wie ik gegevens deelWho I share data with

Deze site draait bij Vercel Inc. Als je het contactformulier verstuurt, gaat je bericht via Vercel naar Resend Inc., dat het als e-mail aflevert in mijn mailbox bij Google Workspace. Je krijgt zelf ook een bevestiging per e-mail. Werkt die route tijdelijk niet, dan verwerkt Formspree, Inc. je bericht als reserve.

This site runs on Vercel Inc. When you send the contact form, your message goes through Vercel to Resend Inc., which delivers it as an e-mail to my mailbox at Google Workspace. You also receive a confirmation by e-mail. If that route is temporarily unavailable, Formspree, Inc. handles your message as a backup.

Deze partijen zijn gevestigd in de Verenigde Staten en treden op als verwerker: ze gebruiken je gegevens alleen om je bericht af te leveren of de statistieken te tonen. Verder deel ik je gegevens met niemand. Ik gebruik ze nooit voor marketing en verkoop ze nooit aan anderen. Voor de doorgifte naar de Verenigde Staten gelden de waarborgen uit hun verwerkersovereenkomsten, zoals het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework of de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.

These parties are based in the United States and act as processors: they only use your data to deliver your message or show the statistics. I don't share your data with anyone else. I never use it for marketing and never sell it to others. Transfers to the United States are covered by the safeguards in their data processing agreements, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Plan je een kennismaking via mijn agenda-link, dan verwerkt Google je naam, je e-mailadres en het moment dat je kiest, om de afspraak in Google Agenda te zetten.

If you book an intro call through my calendar link, Google processes your name, your e-mail address and the time you choose, to put the appointment in Google Calendar.

Hoe lang ik gegevens bewaarHow long I keep data

Berichten via het contactformulier bewaar ik zolang dat nodig is om je aanvraag af te handelen, en daarna maximaal 2 jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor vervolgcontact. Dat is anders bij een lopende samenwerking of een wettelijke bewaarplicht, zoals de fiscale bewaarplicht van 7 jaar voor factuurgegevens. De bezoekersstatistieken zijn anoniem en bevatten geen persoonsgegevens.

I keep contact form messages for as long as needed to handle your request, and after that for a maximum of 2 years, for example for follow-up contact. That's different during an ongoing collaboration or when the law requires it, such as the 7-year Dutch tax retention duty for invoice data. The visitor statistics are anonymous and contain no personal data.

Cookies en lokale opslagCookies and local storage

Deze site plaatst geen cookies, ook niet voor de statistieken. Daarom zie je ook geen cookiemelding. Wel onthoudt je browser twee kleine voorkeuren via localStorage: je taal (NL of EN) en licht of donker thema. Die blijven op je eigen apparaat, worden nooit naar mij gestuurd en zijn puur functioneel. Beantwoord je op de Over-pagina de kennismakingsvragen en klik je daarna op ‘Naar het formulier’, dan bewaart je browser die antwoorden kort in sessionStorage, zodat ze in het contactformulier klaarstaan. Het formulier wist ze daar meteen weer, en ze komen pas bij mij als jij het formulier verstuurt. Klik je op de knop om een kennismaking te plannen, dan opent de afsprakenpagina van Google in een venster. Pas op dat moment maakt je browser verbinding met Google, en voor die pagina gelden de cookie- en privacyregels van Google.

This site doesn't place any cookies, not even for the statistics. That's why you don't see a cookie notice. Your browser does remember two small preferences via localStorage: your language (NL or EN) and light or dark theme. They stay on your own device, are never sent to me and are purely functional. If you answer the intro questions on the About page and then click ‘Go to the form’, your browser briefly keeps those answers in sessionStorage, so they're ready in the contact form. The form removes them there straight away, and they only reach me when you send the form. If you click the button to book an intro call, Google's booking page opens in a window. Only then does your browser connect to Google, and Google's cookie and privacy rules apply to that page.

Jouw rechtenYour rights

Je mag je gegevens altijd inzien, laten corrigeren of laten verwijderen, en je kunt bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking. Mail daarvoor naar info@studiobysmart.nl. Ben je het niet eens met hoe ik met je gegevens omga? Dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

You can always access, correct or have your data deleted, and you can object to the processing. E-mail info@studiobysmart.nl for this. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Ik kan deze verklaring aanpassen, bijvoorbeeld bij nieuwe wetgeving of als ik andere tools ga gebruiken. De datum bovenaan laat zien wanneer hij voor het laatst is bijgewerkt.

I may update this policy, for example because of new legislation or when I start using different tools. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
